CANCELLATION POLICY

A credit card is required to book an appointment. The card on file is used to cover the cost of no show fees and cancellations; alternative payment methods are accepted. If a client cancels without rescheduling within 24 hours, there will be a 50% cancellation fee. If a client cancels on the same day or does not show up, there will be a no show fee, which is 100% of the service(s) charged.
